Bing’s Latest Redesign Teams Up With Facebook And LinkedIn

“The Microsoft search engine Bing is gradually rolling out a major redesign that integrates results from Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media sites in new ways intended to help people get more out of the Internet.”

“On Thursday, May 10, Bing Corporate Vice President Derrick Connell and Dr. Harry Shum, the corporate vice president of the company’s research and development division, described some of the new features in an update on Bing’s official blog.”

“According to Shum and Connell, the new version of their search engine will feature ‘… a three column design that focuses on bringing you information from the web to help you take action and interact with friends and experts without compromising the core search experience.'”
