What The Common Problem Is

I have told you before that there three basic ways for your business to make money. I also told you that the problem is that most businesses only focus on one way:
get more people to buy.

Why is that a problem? It’s the hardest way to make money!

I bet one of the main reasons your business isn’t making as much money is because you’ve taken your eyes off your goal.

And worst yet, you are trying to do too many things to achieve your goal.

Focus On This One Thing To Make More Money This Week

If you want to make more money this week, then you need to stop focusing on the hardest way to make money.

Instead focus on just ONE of the easier ways to make money: get people to buy more.

Here is the ONE THING I want you to have all of your salespeople or point-of-sale people do: ask the customer if they would like to buy one complimentary product or service to go with the one they are already buying.

I don’t know your particular business, so I can’t tell you what the best complimentary product or service is to offer your customers.

But you probably have an idea or your employees probably do.

The best way for you to discover what the best complimentary products or services really are is by testing different ones and then looking at your results. Do this one thing this week and see if you don’t make more money this week.
