Twitter Soon Allowing More Than 140 Characters in These Special Cases

Twitter has changed a lot  over the years, but the 140 characters limit has remained the same.

Well, things are about to change.

According to a post on Twitter’s blog, Twitter will now be allowing you to use more than 140 characters in special cases.

What are the special cases?
