JCPenney Admits Mistakes And Asks For Customer Feedback (VIDEO)

JCPenney has had some problem in recent years.

They tried to revamp their stores and began a new marketing campaign.

Some of it helped and some of it definitely didn’t.

Now they are trying something different: Asking customers what they want.

This could really work or totally backfire on them.
