Thanks for sharing this! I’m going on a date next week, and we’re going out to eat sushi, so I want to make sure my etiquette is correct. I didn’t realize that you should use the blunt end of the chopsticks to take food off of a shared plate! I think we’ll be sharing most of the plates we’re served so we can both try a variety, so I’ll definitely keep in mind to use the blunt end of the chopsticks.
