Google Apps For Businesses Will No Longer Be Free
When Google Apps first came out it was based on the idea that it would help businesses by helping them to not have to worry about managing software and servers. The best part was that it was all free.
They eventually added an expanded, premium version of Google Apps.
Well things are changing.
Here is the explanation from the Official Google Enterprise Blog…
“Fast forward to today and Google Apps is used by millions of businesses. We’ve also added versions for governments, universities and schools.
“When we launched the premium business version we kept our free, basic version as well. Businesses quickly outgrow the basic version and want things like 24/7 customer support and larger inboxes. Similarly, consumers often have to wait to get new features while we make them business-ready.”
