Earl Nightingale: This Question Reveals The Primary Reason For The Size Of A Person’s Paycheck
In his book, Greatest Discoveries, Earl Nightingale pointed out something we all intuitively know, but don’t consciously think about.
He said, “Every field of human endeavor has its stars; all the rest in these fields are in a descending order of what we might call ‘the service-reward continuum.’”
He went on to point out that the reason some people earn more than others is because they have made themselves more valuable.
The Primary Reason for the Size of a Person’s Paycheck
He then said that the size of a person’s paycheck is primarily determined by this one question: How difficult is he or she to replace?
I would say that this question is important for you to not only ask about yourself personally, but you should also ask this about your business.
If the answer to either of these questions in “No,” then you need to ask yourself: How can I make myself (or my business) more valuable?
