We Have 26 MORE Years Of Leisure Time Than People In 1800s. Guess What We Do With Most Of It?
I was watching a special on H2 the other day called “The Hidden History in Your House“.
It revealed the surprising history of many of the common items we have in our home.
As I was watching I was surprised to hear this fact…
We have about 26 more years of leisure time than people did in the 1800’s. About 17 years of that is spent on the couch!
Did you catch that!?!
We have 26 more years of leisure time than people 200 years ago, but we only spend 9 of those years doing something besides sitting on the couch.
That’s pretty sad isn’t it?
My Challenge: Get Off the Couch!
We need to fix this problem.
The next time you have some free time, I’d encourage you to do something that breaks you free from the couch!
